We are looking for a COC lead remote service engineer, who manages a remote team to solve complex technical problems for our customers in the emerging EV charging market.
You will lead a small team of remote service engineers and become the point of contact and partner for our most important customers to optimize their network.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a cross-functional team: Lead a remote team across Europe setting targets, managing and coaching 3-10 remote service engineers
- Become the first point of the contact for the customer: Closely align priorities and drive collaboration with the customer to ensure the best possible experience for their customers
- Optimize your customers network: Pro-actively monitor your customers network, identify systematic issues and use your creativity and technical expertise to solve issues and escalate if additional help is required
- Ensure that we have the best managed charging network: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within your customers installed base, involving other department if required
- Build the leading charging service organization: Define and improve processes and provide documentation to enable the organization and junior colleagues
What you bring to the table:
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, IT, or equivalent experience in electrical installations or system design
- Experience and interest in leading small teams and the soft and communication skills involved
- 3+ years of experience in a service role
- 3+ years in working with electrical vehicle charging infrastructure
- Clear, concise, and confident in technical training, documentation, and stakeholder management
- A natural mentor and problem-solver who thrives on empowering others, navigating complexity, and driving scalable solutions
- Eager to innovate, take initiative, and excel in a fast-changing industry
- Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus
