ABB E-mobility is a global leader in EV charging solutions, and we are expanding our multilingual Customer Support Team in Krakow (PL) or Cergy (FR).

If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working in an international environment — this role is for you.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal — ensuring fast, accurate support

• Provide regular updates and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish

• Escalate technical issues to internal teams when needed

• Follow up with customers and gather feedback to improve our services

• Help maintain up-to-date information in our support systems

• Contribute ideas to continuously improve processes, tools, and service quality

You will join a diverse team of 9 specialists across France and Poland, working collaboratively to support customers in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries.

What you bring

• Experience in customer support or customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication skills in English and German

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
