Drive business development, sales enablement, and commercial excellence for ABB E-mobility’s global third-party sales channels.
ABB E-mobility is a global leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging technology, driving innovation and sustainability worldwide. We are looking for a Channel Program Manager to shape and execute our global channel strategy ensuring that our partners are enabled to successfully promote and deliver our EV Charging portfolio. This should result in accelerating our growth through these strong partnerships and operational excellence.
Your responsibility:
- Develop and implement global channel strategy and partner programs to accelerate growth, including partner selection, enablement, and governance.
- Define and implement Partner Enablement Program, including training, certification, tools and sales support
- Drive offering commercialization through third-party channels, ensuring scalability across regions and leveraging analytics for performance optimization.
- Drive joint business planning and go-to-market / demand generation activities in close collaboration with Regional Channel Account Managers and their partners
- Develop dashboard to monitor partner performance, execution on defined KPI’s and ensure alignment with companies business objectives
- Lead strategic projects initiatives, including operating model design, planning, partner assessment, and business planning.
- Foster collaboration across global teams and stakeholders, providing clear communication and leadership to deliver on key objectives.
- Stay up to date on EV charging market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to refine the channel approach.
Your background:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA degree, preferably in business administration, engineering, or finance.
- 3-5 years of experience and track record in leading high-profile & complex projects with internal and external contributors at both executive and operational level.
- 3-5 years of experience in E-mobility or related business and sales/3rd party sales with a strong understanding of customer needs, business models, solutions and market dynamics.
- Exceptional business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. (e.g. through a role in top-management consulting)
- Experience with partner sales enablement and go-to-market execution.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for both executive and operational level, with fluency in English.
- Hybrid role - willingness to travel, mainly in Europe, as needed.
- Passion for sustainable mobility and the energy transition.
