Target Salary Range: $175,000-195,000 + Bonus
In this role your main accountabilities will be:
- Provide trusted legal advice to business leaders across the U.S., helping navigate commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including customer, vendor, and partnership contracts.
- Identify legal risks and opportunities proactively, and help create strategies that support business growth and innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and own legal operations processes, tools, and automations that enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and support IP protection, compliance with internal policies, and manage external counsel relationships and spend.
To make the above work, we need a legal and business expert with:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the United States.
- 8+ years of experience in U.S. commercial legal practice, ideally with exposure to technology, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to balance legal risk with business needs and provide actionable, solution-oriented counsel.
- Strong interest or experience in legal operations, process improvement, or contract lifecycle automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—comfortable operating in a small, entrepreneurial team with broad scope.
