Take your next career step at ABB E-Mobility with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future. As a Service Product Specialist for Digital Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in transforming strategy into execution—driving product delivery across asset and service management, data insights and AI, and API products. This role is ideal for a product professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer value, and is motivated by the opportunity to influence the digital ecosystem of a global industry leader.

In this role your main accountabilities will be:

  • Maintain and update product roadmaps across Digital Enablement domains, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Translate customer and stakeholder insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation for engineering teams.
  • Coordinate agile delivery activities, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release communication.
  • Track product performance metrics and provide data‑driven insights to support decision‑making and prioritization.
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for cross‑functional teams, supporting smooth delivery across commercial and technical groups.
  • Support the data insights and AI domain by helping establish processes, delivery frameworks, and operational structure.

To make the above work, we need a product specialist with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of product management experience in software, ideally within EV charging, clean energy, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and hands‑on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive cross‑functional alignment with limited oversight.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with data models, data infrastructure, or EV charging KPIs is a strong advantage.

Target Salary range: $90,000-110,000

We offer Medical, Dental, Vision insurance on Day 01 and 401K plan with employer contribution 100% vested on Day 01.
