Are you ready to lead service excellence across diverse regions and time zones? We are looking for a Field Channel Service Manager to join our team on a fixed term basis covering a period of maternity leave.
This is a remote based role that will give you the opportunity to expand your experience globally.
In this role your main accountabilities will be:
- Be responsible for the service in their own regions potentially in different time zones
- Collaborate with the supporting function in the business to ensure smooth running of all service activities in the ROW countries
- Manage and maintain the partner/Subcontractor KPI’s
- Onboard contractors/FSEs onto our varying platforms
- Ensure invoicing and order management is correct and resolve with customers/partners when incorrect
- Set up stock holding with partners, establish a returns flow for the specific regions with the spare parts and logistics teams
- Hold remote and in person performance reviews with partners
- Support the SLA/sales team with the correct agreements with the partners and negotiate pricing for future requirements
- Ensure all supporting documentation is correct for Service
- Liaise directly with the training team to ensure all FSEs internal/external are working under the correct guidelines and with up-to-date training
To make the above work, we are seeking an impactful storyteller with:
- Proven track record in partner management and subcontractor oversight across multiple regions
- Strong knowledge of service operations processed, KPI management, and customer SLA adherence
- Experience in onboarding and certifying service partners, ideally with use of digital service management tools (e.g. FSL or similar
- Solid understanding of logistics, spare parts management, and order/invoice reconciliation
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
