We are looking for a Group Finance & Consolidation Specialist to strengthen our growing finance team during an important phase of scale and transformation. Our group reporting landscape is evolving, and core consolidation processes are already in place. You will play a key role in strengthening and advancing these processes, enabling high-quality reporting, financial insight, and informed decision-making across the business.
What you will do:
- Financial Consolidation: Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes for group-level financials, handling intercompany eliminations and multi-currency issues.
- Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP standards.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing efficiencies in data collection, validation, and reporting workflows, often involving system upgrades.
- System Management: Administering consolidation tools (SAP group reporting) and supporting Finance Transformation projects.
- Analysis & Compliance: Performing variance analysis, supporting external audits, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and group policies.
What you will bring:
- Qualifications: Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA) with a strong IFRS/US GAAP background.
- Experience: Significant experience in group finance, international accounting, and consolidation for multi-entity companies (Big 4 experience)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with consolidation software, advanced Excel, and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
