We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Service Operation Specialist to join our Service team. The role plays a key part in ensuring efficient service operations, supporting field engineers, and delivering excellent customer experience through accurate order processing and proactive coordination.

 

In this role your main accountabilities will be:

  • Process customer orders for invoicing accurately and in a timely manner
  • Create customer quotations and follow up to ensure purchase order receipt
  • Process completed work orders from Field Service Engineers
  • Handle spare parts returns and arrange logistics collections when required
  • Maintain and monitor Service Inventory levels
  • Manage credit resolutions in line with Credit Control department requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Service team to ensure all transactions are completed on schedule
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Solid educational background or proven experience in a similar role
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to take initiative
  • Passion for quality and continuous improvement
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (SFDC)
