We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure the long-term, operational success and value realization of ABB E-mobility charging infrastructure for key customers across the globe. As the trusted partner for ABB E-mobility’s largest customers, you will ensure that the charging network of our most important customers performs at peak reliability. You won't just manage relationships; you'll drive transformational growth by orchestrating cross-functional teams to help customers scale their networks and maximize ROI on charging infrastructure. Working with the world's most ambitious EV operators, you'll be the bridge between technical excellence and commercial success, ensuring that every deployment becomes a competitive advantage. In this role your main accountabilities will be: 

  • Own Strategic Customer Success – Serve as the primary relationship owner for ABB E-mobility’s most important CPOs, fleets, and utilities, ensuring they maximize ROI and network performance throughout their lifecycle from deployment through expansion. 

  • Drive Operational Excellence – Monitor critical performance metrics (uptime, connectivity, SLA adherence), analyze charger performance data, conduct quarterly business reviews, and develop recovery strategies to keep networks operating at peak performance. 

  • Bridge Teams & Resolve Issues – Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration (field service, technical support, software, product, sales, supply chain) to rapidly resolve escalations and ensure customers maintain confidence during challenges. 

  • Identify & Unlock Growth – Spot opportunities for charger expansions, upgrades, service agreements, and software enhancements, partnering with sales teams to drive meaningful account growth and customer success. 

  • Be the Customer Voice – Act as both advocate for the customer inside ABB E-mobility and ambassador for ABB E-mobility to the customer, building executive-level relationships and delivering transparent insights on account health and improvement potential. 

 

To make the above work, we are seeking an experienced professional with: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, business, economics or related field.  

  • 5+ Years Proven experience in customer success, technical account management, infrastructure operations, or professional services, ideally within energy, EV charging, or industrial technology sectors. 

  • Deep Infrastructure Expertise, knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, distributed energy systems, industrial equipment lifecycle management, or networked IoT hardware. 

  • Exceptional ability to understand complex technical systems and articulate their business impact, bridging technical and commercial teams with clarity and precision. 

  • Proven capability to orchestrate teams across functions, influence without authority, and drive collaboration toward shared customer outcomes. 

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to diverse audiences. 

  • Excellent fluency in English (written & Verbal). Knowledge of Dutch language is an asset.
