As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Software, you play an important role in providing general administrative support. You will act as a point of contact for enquiries, providing solutions for those within your scope, and escalating those that require it. You will be instrumental in the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures within the business, grading the urgency of issues, while providing confidential assistance to the Sotware leadership team.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Software.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, taking minutes for business leaders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in project management and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Head of Software.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Draft business communication, ensuring knowledge is shared and colleagues are informed about any changes to processes and procedures
- Help the Head of Software and Software leadership team to arrange business-critical events, including travel arrangements as well as booking venues and catering
- An educational background in relevant field
- Extensive experience in an administrative or assistant role
- The ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent planning skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in Dutch and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
