At ABB E-mobility, we are leading the decarbonization of transportation through pioneering technology that enables electric, smart, and emissions-free mobility. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of operationally and financially performant EV charger software and services, supporting the growth and success of our software and services P&L (AMP).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Customer-Centric Product Definition: Lead the design of software and service products by working backwards from real customer needs and use cases.

• Pricing & Financial Modeling: Drive pricing strategy and develop financial models for diagnostics, support, SaaS, and field services.

• Business Model Innovation: Develop and refine business models including charger- and site-based logic, and utilization-based pricing.

• Capacity & SLA Planning: Build demand and capacity planning models that align with service level requirements and optimize performance.

• P&L Accountability: Monitor and report performance against growth and financial KPIs; implement improvements to drive results.

• Ecosystem Strategy: Contribute to the vision and business case for a 1P/3P cloud-based software ecosystem, including partner revenue models.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in product management, finance, strategy, or business development with a digital product focus.

• Proven ability to develop and apply pro forma financial and pricing models.

• Strong knowledge of activity-based costing and product contribution margin analysis.

• Deep understanding of the EV market and related technologies.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively in a complex, global environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Europe.
