As the Global T&E Manager at ABB E-mobility, you will lead a global team responsible for shaping and delivering a world-class Travel & Expenses program. You’ll drive efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction across regions—working closely with business leaders, external suppliers, and internal control teams.

Key Responsibilities

• T&E Strategy & Demand Management:
  Collect business needs and provide the right solutions—from policy enhancements and reporting tools to training and automation. Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and feedback.

• Policy Ownership & Compliance:
  Own and manage global and local travel policies. Monitor compliance, support investigations into integrity issues, and ensure alignment with legal and internal control frameworks.

• Supplier & Performance Governance:
  Act as the key account manager for T&E vendors (e.g., SAP Concur, travel agencies, card providers). Monitor service levels, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement in user experience and operational performance.

Your Profile

• Higher education and solid experience in T&E program management.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural, matrix environments.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP Concur is essential.

• Experience in project management and internal controls is preferred.

• Solution-oriented, analytical mindset with a collaborative approach.
