Want to help shape how people around the world learn to work safely and smartly? Passionate about digital learning, tech tools, and global impact? We’re looking for a Global Learning Coordinator to level up how we train and engage employees in all things safety and HSE.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design & Build

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences that go way beyond boring slides - think safety meets smart design.
• Build certification tracks that align with global HSE standards and internal needs.

Coordinate & Collaborate

• Make sure the right people get the right training, at the right time - across the globe.
• Partner with the LMS team, safety professionals and local site leads to keep everything running smoothly.

Support & Solve

• Be the go-to person for learners: fix glitches, explain pathways, and keep the energy positive.
• Keep our LMS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors Learning) in tip top shape for everybody.

Track & Improve

• Pull the data, spot the trends. Help us understand what’s working (and what’s not).
• Optimize the learning journey by tweaking content and delivery for max impact.

What You Bring

Creative Learning Skills

• Experience with tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), and bonus if you know Camtasia or Adobe Premiere.
• You’re good at making complex safety topics feel clear, engaging, and globally relevant.
• Comfortable with LMS tools - and ideally, you’ve worked with SAP SuccessFactors Learning before.

Project Juggling & People Skills

• You’re organized, proactive and able to keep multiple projects moving without dropping the ball.
• A strong communicator who can explain things clearly, no matter the audience.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of HSE topics or a background in safety is a big plus - but don’t worry if you don’t have the bonus points (yet); you’ll have a superteam of experts by your side. 
• Fluent English is a must; extra languages are awesome.
