We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.

We are looking for a Software Operation Intern for our Software group, who can assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects, ensuring all elements come together seamlessly. It is your mission to liaise between internal and external stakeholders, finding innovative solutions to keep projects moving forward. 

What you will do: 

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects, ensuring all elements come together seamlessly. 

• Support day-to-day tasks and manage incoming requests. 

• Find some smaller projects you can execute and drive 

• Contribute to process improvements and help visualize them using tools like Microsoft or Power BI. 

• Organize project-related documentation and updates. 

• Assist in coordinating technical project activities, timelines, and communication between teams. 

To make the above work, we are looking for a student who is hands-on, flexible, eager to learn, and has an eye for detail. Other essential requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Technology Management or related field.  

• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office. Plus if having some experience with Power BI, SharePoint or Task automation 

• Nice to have experience working with SW management tools such as JIRA, DevOps or similar. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.  

• A strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, is necessary for effective communication.

• University degree: 750 euros gross per month 

• HBO (applied sciences) degree: 650 euros gross per month 

• MBO degree: 500 euros gross per month
