We're looking for a Marketing Operations Lead who’s ready to take ownership of our marketing tech stack — particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud — and turn it into a performance-driven, integrated system that empowers campaigns, sales alignment, and customer engagement.
This is a high-visibility, mid-senior role for someone who thrives on solving complexity, building structure, and creating real impact.
What You’ll Do
Own and Optimize Our Martech Ecosystem
- Lead day-to-day management and long-term development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), integrated with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Feedback Manager
- Manage campaign workflows, lead scoring models, customer journeys, and automation rules
- Ensure seamless data integration and system alignment between marketing, sales, and customer platforms
Drive Data-Driven Decision Making
- Build dashboards and reports to surface marketing KPIs, campaign impact, and lead performance
- Ensure data quality, governance, and accurate tracking across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to translate insights into action
Streamline Marketing Operations
- Design and implement scalable, efficient processes for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting
- Standardize marketing ops playbooks to support regional teams and campaign leads
- Work with IT to maintain data flows and tech integrations
Train, Support, and Scale
- Support and train marketers on tools and best practices
- Promote adoption of SFMC and related tools through enablement and documentation
- Stay ahead of trends and recommend new tech that supports growth
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations or marketing tech roles
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Experience managing integrated campaigns, automation flows, and customer journeys
- Familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, Tableau, or other analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing data, segmentation, and reporting
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and making systems work smarter
