We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Operations Lead to join our newly built global Marketing & Communications team.  

 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Lead to manage all marketing technology operations for ABB E-mobility.  

As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will be part of the newly built Marketing & Communication team, specifically the Marketing Operations team. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing systems, processes, and tools to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean energy, possesses strong technical skills, and has a proven track record of successfully managing marketing technology operations. 

This is a new role in the global marcom organization of ABB E-mobility. You will report into the Head of Marketing Operations for ABB E-mobility. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Marketing Technology Management: 
Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology tools and systems. 
Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and stay abreast of industry trends. 

 

Data Management: 
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data, overseeing data hygiene and quality control processes. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance best practices. 

 

Analytics and Reporting: 
Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards, providing insights and actionable recommendations. 
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key marketing metrics. 

 

Process Optimization: 
Streamline marketing processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. 
Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows for efficiency and effectiveness. 
Implement best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and marketing operations. 

 

Integration: 
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing systems with other business applications. 
Implement and manage API connections and data integrations. 

 

Training and Support: 
Provide training and support for marketing teams on the use of marketing technology tools. 
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in marketing technology usage. 

 

Technology leadership 
Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with business goals. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same role or equivalent
  • Sales force marketing cloud activity (2/3 years of experience)
  • Very good experience in running campaigns
  • Doing analytics, overall marketing analytics and dashboards
  • Sales force experience
  • Qualtrix: NPS, customer satisfation survey management
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Built the channel
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce Feedback manager/Saleforce survey builder
  • Email marketing/CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality control best practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for sustainability and clean energy.
