We are looking for a Receptionist that plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and colleagues. In this role, you will manage the front desk and help ensure the smooth daily operation of our office. You do that in collaboration with your team members of the Business Support Team, and you report to the Chief of Staff for our Delft location. 

What you will do:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, and emails.

• Prepare outgoing post and handle all incoming mail, including package deliveries and shipments.

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

• Assist with the organization of events, meetings, and catering requests.

• Handle various requests from management, colleagues, and guests.

What you will bring:

To make the above work, we are looking for a professional that is a good communicator, solution-oriented, indepedent, and has a professional appearance and attitude. 

Other essential requirements:

• Experience with receptionist or office assistant activities. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software. 
• Verbal and written communication in Dutch & English is a must.
