As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for performing day to day processing of Human Resource requests related to Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and other Human Resource requests for all ABB E-mobility employees. You will provide outstanding support for our internal customers, while processing information of all stakeholders accurately and timely. As International Senior HR & Payroll Specialist you will be a member of the Global Payroll Team, and you will report to the Global Payroll Manager of E-mobility. Your main location will be ABB E-mobility in The Netherlands. However, you will be handling global stakeholders and will be dealing with ABB E-mobility employees worldwide. Your Responsibility:
- Subject matter expert in Dutch payroll processing and country legislation, experience in Belgium payroll is advantage
- Supports the end-to-end payroll, Time & Attendance, Human Resource aadministration and Benefits administration process for employees, cooperation with the outsourced payroll provider and other 3rd party vendors
- Manages employee enquiries in an appropriate ticketing system JIRA
- Prepares information and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, etc.
Your Background:
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on payroll, Benefits, Time Management
- Experience working with a global outsourced payroll provider (e.g. ADP) and working in an international environment
- A team player with an exceptional customer service attitude.
- Independently managing your own work and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time. Setting priorities and working time efficient is essential in this role
- Highly experienced with the tool Excel
- Fluent communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Dutch is a must. Any other additional languages will be considered as a plus
