We are looking for a Delivery Program Senior Manager who manages high-profile customer facing deliveries, e.g. for public charging companies, with a team of project managers to ensure customer success in our European Region & Channel organization.  

What you’ll be doing: 

• Lead portfolio of complex customer delivery programs (e.g., from order to cash) to secure commercial targets with team of ABB internal and external contributors. 

• Ensure end-to-end customer success from sales through onboarding to delivery  

• Setup and drive framework to ensure successful deliveries, drive execution of required activities and manage escalations (internal & external) 

• Shape and lead internal improvement programs & projects to drive customer success and delivery excellence 

• Lead selected global key accounts for delivery activities with strong customer relationships at executive and operational level.  

• Lead, inspire and empower internal & external team members across functions through compassionate leadership and coaching 

• Utilize strategic thinking and latest analytics to address complex challenges, prioritize key objectives effectively and inform business decisions. 

• Deliver clear and concise communications to internal/external stakeholders (e.g. Board, senior customers), including progress reports and presentations. 

• Role-model best-practice people leadership for direct reports 

What you bring to the table: 

• Strong experience and international track record in leading high-profile & complex programs and customer success teams with internal and external contributors at both executive and operational level  

• Deep experience in B2B high-tech with a strong understanding of customer needs, business models, solutions and market dynamics. 

• Master’s degree preferably from a top-tier university, preferably in business administration, engineering, or finance. 

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. 

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for both executive and operational level, with fluency in English and ideally French. 

• Seniority & “standing”, e.g., to push back on additional out-of-line customer requests. 

• Hybrid role -with ability / willingness to travel e.g. EU-wide for customer/team meetings.
