We're currently looking for a motivated and curious Finance Intern to join our team in Kraków, Poland. As a Master Data & Cash Collection Intern, you will support the Accounts Receivable Team in daily operational activities, gaining hands-on experience in finance processes within a dynamic international environment. If you are eager to learn, grow, and start building your career in finance - this internship offers the perfect environment to gain valuable experience and make an impact from day one. 
 

In this role, you will be:

• creating and maintaining Customer and Vendor Master Data records in line with internal policies and procedures
• reviewing and validating documentation required for master data creation and modifications
• ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and data quality standards
• supporting Cash Collection activities through customer follow-up and communication regarding overdue invoices
• assisting in resolving customer inquiries related to payments and account information
• maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting activities
• collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers across different countries

• strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
• excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• strong customer service mindset
• good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is considered an advantage
