We are seeking a talented Service Coordinator - Dispatcher to join our team in Fornebu, Norway. You will provide vital help to the E-mobility entity in Norway to meet business needs efficiently and effectively, boosting customer satisfaction by performing all tasks to high quality standards, in line with relevant processes and guidelines. Working with customers to ensure our products and systems provide maximum performance, our Service teams solve a wide variety of key industrial challenges. We increase productivity and reliability, lengthen product life span and improve safety. Critically, we also reduce costs, energy consumption and emissions.   

  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assign and schedule service appointments to Field Engineers based on availability, location and urgency.  ​
  • Maintain constant communication with Field Engineers, ensuring they are informed of any changes in schedule or instructions.​
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing timely updates and ensuring their issues are resolved satisfactorily.​
  • Manage the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.​
  • Helping to implement relevant policies and procedures and contributing to regular reviews .
  • Keep the system up to date with the correct asset data.​
  • Ensures the correct spare parts are ready for Field Service  capacity and timing planning on a rolling basis.​
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and safety standards during the dispatch process.​


What you bring to the table:

  • 2 or more years of experience in an industrial environment working as a planner with knowledge or interest in electronics in a B2B market. 
  • Training in specific tools is foreseen, and knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory. 
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills. 
  • Fluent Norwegian and English are required.

Charger Operations & COC

Our Collaborative Operations Center (COC) comprises three specialized teams dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of all ABB E-mobility chargers. The Customer Support team handles customer contact and case management, including work order creation for our field team. Meanwhile, the Charger Operations team manages all remote activities such as software updates, charger configurations, troubleshooting, and field team support. Additionally, our Technical Support team addresses individual technical issues in the field.
