For our ABB E-Mobility Software Development Center located in Hasselt (Belgium), we are looking for an experienced Technology Product Manager for our Experience Team. This agile team focuses on creating intuitive and seamless user experiences for EV chargers, managing interactions between users and charging infrastructure through digital software platforms, services, and applications. As a Technology Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between product vision and technical implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap Management: Translate product roadmaps into actionable steps, clearly defining features, milestones, release plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation.

• Technical Leadership:  expertise in software development, UX/UI, software testing, cybersecurity, DevOps, release management, and support, actively influencing the software product roadmap.

• Agile & Release Management: Coordinate development efforts using Agile methodologies, ensuring systematic planning, scheduling, and execution of releases.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Product Managers, Software Architects, Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and business stakeholders to balance feature priorities against resource and timeline constraints.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in software engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure continuous delivery and operational excellence.

Your Background

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Energy, or equivalent technical fields.

• At least two years of experience as a Product Owner or Technology Product Manager.

• Solid experience defining clear requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, software lifecycle management, DevOps, cybersecurity practices, and cloud technologies.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
