As a Technical Writer, you will take the helm in creating various types of technical documentation related to all internal software components (FW/IoT/Cloud). Your goal is to write flawless documentation about charger behavior, APIs, user tutorials and integration guides. Your challenge is to gather the right technical information and present it in a clear, simple and accurate manner. Your counterpart will be, but not exclusively, multiple product owners, architects and tech leads.
What you will do:
- Pro-actively and independently collaborate with your stakeholders to identify documentation needs
- Build and own the complete ABB e-mobility (embedded) SW product documentation
- Build and maintain a product documentation library which will be used by internal and external users.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Industrial Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- Passion for clean technology and innovation for a sustainable future.
- At least 3-5 years of experience writing (technical) documentation in a SW tech company
- Proven experience in setting up a product documentation process in a SW tech company
- Analytical and creative mindset with a drive to achieve results.
- Lead by example with ownership, proactiveness, and collaboration.
- Able to work autonomously and take the initiative to propose solutions.
