We’re looking for a 3rd Party Service Network Manager to lead and optimize our network of service partners, ensuring top-tier per-formance and seamless service delivery across markets.
In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of our service operations, managing relationships, improving pro-cesses, and collaborating across teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

 

In this role your main accountabilities will be:

  • Design and implement efficient processes for outsourced on-site services within our 3rd Party Network
  • Monitor and enhance service performance, ensuring consistent delivery against SLAs and KPIs
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with service partners, handling daily requests and esca-lations
  • Lead performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to align service delivery with mar-ket needs
  • Oversee monthly invoicing and reporting activities
  • Manage onboarding, integration, and offboarding of service partners
  • Support strategic projects and campaigns involving external partners
  • Maintain clear documentation and process standards across the network

 

To make the above work, we are looking for a professional who has strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills. Other essential requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in service management, coordination, or project management
  • Proven project management capabilities and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Fluency in English; German or French is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce/Service Cloud is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude
  • Passionate about delivering quality and driving continuous improvement
