We are looking for an experienced Service Centre Lead to oversee our DACH region operations within the fast growing Electric Vehicle ecosystem. In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and acting as a key operational point of contact between customers, field service teams, and internal departments. In this role your main accountabilities will be:
- Ensures smooth daily operations and team performance against company targets and customer SLA’s
- Actively performs dispatching and order management tasks within the relevant systems as part of daily responsibilities
- Acts as an operational interface between customers, field service teams, and internal departments
- Manage operational escalations efficiently and driving effective resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality
- Supports team performance, engagement, and a positive working environment
- Lead and motivate a small team to deliver first class customer service
To make the above work, we are looking for a professional who is highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively. Other essential requirements:
- Strong leadership experience and a proven track record in managing and developing teams
- Background in dispatching, logistics, customer service, or order management
- Proficient with ERP or scheduling tools, such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to evolving business needs
- Able to work towards and achieve targets while motivating others to do the same
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and decision making abilities.
