ABB E-mobility seeks a Service Key Account & Global Campaign Manager who acts as a central point of contact for our key accounts and oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of global service campaigns. This position reports to our Head of Service Europe. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead global key accounts as primary point of contact for all service-related interactions and activities with strong customer relationships at executive and operational level (incl. leading regular service meetings).
  • Lead / coordinate service-related activities (incl. escalations, improvement actions) and projects (e.g. campaigns) across integrated service key account team with ABB internal and external contributors.
  • Provide integrated view to customers on service performance and drive actions to increase service performance / customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and drive improvements for account service revenues & cost - incl. focusing on monetization of the installed base.
  • Program manage campaigns globally with regional service teams.
  • Ensure that regional execution including 3rd party support is in place.
  • Create interface between (S)KAMs & service teams / subcontractors.
  • Track financial results / business case of service campaigns.
  • Define service capabilities and organization for sales campaigns (e.g. charger upgrades, payment terminals roll).
  • Align / link with operations feasibility and roll-out of global campaigns.


What you bring to the table:

  • Master’s degree preferred, ideally in engineering and/or business administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years in E-mobility, B2B high-tech industries, or a similar strategic service environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex customer relationships at both executive and operational levels.
  • Strong understanding of global service operations, including service delivery models, customer relationship management, and financial management.
  • Strong understanding of ABB E-mobility products & business context.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically, balancing long-term goals with immediate service needs.
  • Strong Leadership and project management expertise.
  • Strategic mindset and financial acumen to manage revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Ability / willingness to frequently travel EU wide for customer/team meetings and globally for service projects.
