We are seeking a Channel Account Manager – Eastern Europe to drive direct sales growth and develop strategic channel partnerships for DC fast charging solutions across European markets. As a Channel Account Manager, you'll identify, close, and scale significant deals with CPOs, bus operators, fleet operators, and municipalities while building and enabling a high-performing partner ecosystem that expands our market presence across the region. Working alongside internal stakeholders, distributors, installers, and strategic partners, you'll own the relationship strategy that positions ABB E-mobility's innovative charging technology at the heart of infrastructure and mobility decisions. You won't just respond to opportunities—you'll shape them. You'll be the strategist who ensures Eastern Europe's fastest-growing markets choose ABB E-mobility as their trusted partner for sustainable, efficient charging infrastructure.
In this role your main accountabilities will be:
- Drive Direct Sales and close significant deals with Key Customers — identifying and developing sales opportunities for DC fast charging solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships with CPOs and bus operators, conducting technical-commercial presentations, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving or exceeding sales revenue and margin targets.
- Conduct Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence — identifying growth opportunities, customer needs, competitive positioning, and market trends; providing regular market intelligence and strategic feedback to senior management; and contributing to regional go-to-market strategies and long-term business planning.
- Channel Partners and Distributors growth and development — building a high-performing partner network of value-added resellers, electrical contractors, system integrators, and EV infrastructure specialists across logistic companies, fleet operators, municipalities, and commercial property segments and enable them for commercial success.
- Market Expansion & Strategic Activities_ Represent ABB E-mobility externally and contribute to strategic growth — attending industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade events; providing regular market intelligence and competitive feedback to senior management; collaborating with internal engineering, product management, and operations teams to support customer and partner requirements; contributing to regional go-to-market strategies and long-term business planning; and maintaining accurate CRM reporting, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
To make the above work, we are seeking an entrepreneurial commercial leader with:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related professional field experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development, or channel management experience — with proven success in developing new markets, closing significant deals, and achieving sales targets internationally.
- Experience within EV charging, renewable energy, power electronics, electrical infrastructure, or related technical industries is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of the (business) economics for customers to invest in our products as well as for Channel partners to invest in a relationship with us
- Proven experience in selling to customers as well as able to develop & manage distributors or channel partner networks.
- Strong discipline in operational excellence related to managing pipeline, deal support, forecasting
- Demonstrated success in developing new markets and achieving sales targets internationally.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Polish.
