We're currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Finance team. You will support the Accounts Receivable function in daily operational activities, with a primary focus on cash application and account reconciliation processes.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, customer account management, and compliance processes within an international business environment.
In this role, you will:
- support the daily cash application process, ensuring accurate and timely allocation of incoming payments,
- assist in the reconciliation of customer subledgers, identifying and investigating discrepancies where necessary,
- contribute to the monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable balance sheet accounts,
- support activities related to electronic invoicing processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance,
- contribute to the execution and documentation of internal control procedures within the Accounts Receivable function,
- collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Customer Service, Sales) to resolve payment discrepancies and improve processes.
To make the above work, we are looking for:
- strong willingness to learn and grow in a finance environment,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; interest in learning and working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP),
- good written and spoken English,
- team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively,
- analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
