We're currently looking for Global Finance and Business Controller to join our Team in Kraków, Poland. Join us and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, integrity and transparency of financial reporting across global operations. The role focuses on financial analysis, month-end closing, profitability, revenue, cost and inventory controlling while providing reliable insights for business decision-making.
In this role, you will:
- support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities,
- ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting,
- analyze P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow performance,
- perform detailed analysis of revenues, costs, margins and profitability,
- support revenue recognition and compliance with accounting policies,
- monitor inventory valuation, stock movements and provisions,
- investigate financial variances and identify root causes,
- cooperate with Accounting and business stakeholders to improve reporting quality,
- prepare management reports and performance analyses
To make the above work, we are looking for:
- degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field,
- proven experience in financial controlling, reporting, or business finance,
- strong understanding of financial statements, profitability analysis, and controlling processes,
- good knowledge of Revenue Recognition principles and related accounting requirements,
- experience working with SAP S/4HANA,
- knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and business analysis is highly desirable,
- advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills,
- strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities,
- ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams,
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- fluent English required,
- Italian language skills are considered a strong asset
