We’re currently looking for an experienced Lab Engineer / Electrical Technician to support daily operations of our Test Laboratory in Zabierzów, Poland and work with cutting-edge EV technologies. This is a hands-on technical role focused on electrical systems, test setups, and electrical safety within the laboratory environment.

In this role, you will:
- build and maintain electrical measurement and test setups
- work with power electronics and EV infrastructure (inverters, battery systems, pantograph charging systems, EV chargers (AC/DC), and cooling systems)
- ensure electrical safety across lab operations, including risk assessments and test plan reviews/acceptance
- support engineers and lab users with safe procedures and technical guidance
- perform inspections, basic repairs, and diagnostics of electrical equipment and installations
- contribute to lab operations (equipment calibration, inventory, incoming goods/shipments, purchasing/inverstments support)
To make the above work, we are looking for:
- proven experience in electrical engineering (lab, testing, industrial, or similar environment)
- hands-on experience in electrical supervisory roles (dozór)
- strong understanding of electrical safety and EHS standards
- ability to work independently, proactivity and ownership for electrical safety in the lab
- strong collaboration and communication skills
- valid category B driving license
Nice-to-have:
- valid Polish Electrical Qualifications (SEP): Supervision (D) and Operation (E)
- previous experience in EV charging, power electronics, or high-power electrical systems
