We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reward (Compensation & Benefits) Specialist to join our People Enablement (HR) team. This role plays a key part in the development and implementation of our compensation and benefits programs, with responsibilities spanning across salary management, welfare and well-being plans, pension schemes, insurance policies, invoicing activities, and cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Finance and Procurement.
You will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, supporting the delivery of fair, transparent, and competitive reward structures. This role also offers a high degree of international exposure and professional growth opportunities within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities:
1. Benefits & Welfare Coordination
• Administer enrollment files and monitor benefit programs, including flexible benefits, wellness initiatives, and reimbursement platforms.
• Coordinate employee communications for new hires, enrollment windows etc.
• Support compliance activities to ensure all applicable legal and tax regulations are followed.
• Monitor usage, resolve employee queries, and liaise with external vendors.
• Administer company contributions to pension funds and private pension plans.
• Facilitate accurate enrollment and updates for employees.
• Provide internal stakeholders with guidance on reward processes and compliance matters.
2. Compensation & Data Management
• Support the annual salary review process, including data collection, benchmarking, and validation.
• Ensure data integrity by auditing system outputs and verifying alignment with local eligibility rules.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and prepare regular reports on compensation trends, benefit utilization, cost analysis and support ad-hoc reporting
• Support audits and ensure all documentation and transactions meet internal and legal standards.
3. Invoicing & Vendor Management
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable teams to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Support the onboarding of new suppliers and track service-level agreements for benefit providers.
Your background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international and/or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of labor law is a plus
• Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills.
• Proficient in HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English is essential and other languages is a plus
