Are you a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? Do you love rolling up your sleeves to make things happen? In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of driving local HR activities, supporting our teams, and fueling our growth with top talent. - Be the local HR champion: You’ll be the first point of contact for employees and managers on all things related to the employee lifecycle—solving issues, answering questions, and providing day-to-day support.
- Bring HR policies to life: Execute global HR strategies with a local twist - tailoring them to the unique needs of your region and making sure our people feel supported, no matter where they are.
- Collaborate with works councils & unions: You’ll play a pivotal role as the interface between the company and local labor organizations, ensuring we’re compliant, fair, and forward-thinking.
- Supercharge our recruitment efforts: Partner with local leaders in the fast-growing E-mobility space to attract, hire, and onboard the brightest talent in the market.
- Own onboarding: Ensure every new hire has a smooth start with a well executed onboarding process and up-to-date employee records, while maintaining top notch data integrity in our HRIS.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have 5+ years of HR experience under your belt.
- Labor law expertise: You know your way around local labor laws and collective bargaining agreements, and you’ve worked with works councils before.
- Data-driven mindset: You love using data to inform decisions and have a sharp eye for detail to ensure our records are accurate and useful.
- Recruiting ninja: You're skilled at using a broad range of recruiting strategies - whether it’s leveraging digital platforms, social media, or good old-fashioned networking.
- Master multitasker: You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Bold communicator: With your decisive, clear communication style, you easily build trust and land proposals with impact. We love team members who are proactive, bold, and customer centric.
