We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented US Logistics Specialist to manage import/export shipments, warehouse operations, and inventory management. This role is critical to ensuring efficient supply chain operations and customer satisfaction across our business portfolio
This is a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ
In this role your main accountabilities will be:
- Oversee finished product and accessory import shipments from abroad; confirm proper receipt into US warehouses in SAP ERP
- Coordinate US sales order shipments from order screening through POD upload and invoice approval with carriers
- Maintain SAP integration delivery data; communicate via IT ticketing system to resolve errors
- Negotiate competitive transportation rates with US carriers and brokers while ensuring quality service to customers
- Coordinate export shipments with forwarders and manage documentation in SAP; confirm EEI filings with forwarders and LTCO
- Manage space planning and inventory reviews at US sales warehouse; facilitate quality communications and investigate units for testing or scrapping
- Coordinate internal domestic warehouse transfers including SAP UB STO creation and management
- Support Quality, Service, and Spares Parts teams with warehouse returns and RMA operations
- Conduct monthly Delta Stock inventory reconciliation for sales warehouse; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Travel to sales warehouse annually for year-end physical inventory reconciliation
- Assist with scrap coordination; prepare materials for HSE collection including dimensions, weights, and documentation; coordinate write-off procedures with Controlling
- Support US RMA warehouse operations including SAP transactions, EEI filings, and physical material handling
To make the above work, we are seeking an impactful coordinator:
- Minimum 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with SAP ERP system or similar enterprise resource planning software
- Strong understanding of import/export compliance, customs procedures, and EEI filings
- Proven experience managing carrier relationships and negotiating freight rates
- Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including forklift and pallet jack operation
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel for annual inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred
