As a Production Engineering specialist, you will be responsible for defining, optimizing, and sustaining production processes to ensure the successful industrialization of new products and the continuous improvement of existing operations. You will work cross-functionally with design, quality, testing, and maintenance teams across international sites to ensure production scalability, efficiency, and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Industrialization & Process Design

  • Define and develop scalable and sustainable production processes, from 3D design review to mass production.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Define factory layout, capital expenditure (CapEx) plans, and implementation timelines.
  • Ensure processes meet safety, environmental, and quality standards.

2. Production Ramp-up & Operations

  • Coordinate and supervise the production ramp-up phase to ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with design and development teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met.

3. Data Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Propose strategies for throughput increase, process automation, or outsourcing when beneficial.
  • Report on KPIs and lead improvement initiatives.

4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production team.
  • Scout and evaluate new technologies, materials, and equipment.
  • Drive cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and quality enhancement projects.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
  • Solid skills in data analysis and familiarity with tools such as Excel, BI software, and statistical analysis platforms.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams
  • Working proficiency in English

 

 

Nice to Have:

 

  • Experience with CAD tools and 3D model analysis (SolidWorks).
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing traceability tools.
  • Exposure to automation technologies and industrial robotics.
  • Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
  • Previous involvement in cross-site or international projects.
