As a Campaign Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and overseeing field rework activities on our chargers. Your responsibilities will include gathering essential information to provide clear guidelines to global field service for the effective restoration of charging operations. By actively coordinating the planning and shipping of necessary parts and monitoring the progress of work until complete execution, you will be directly accountable for the project's success.
Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that all activities are executed according to expectations, within established timelines, aligned with initial cost estimates, and in full compliance with quality standards.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Gather information from technical departments (quality, engineering, R&D) to accurately define issues and resolution activities
  • Develop preliminary cost estimates, considering materials and labor
  • Elaborate a project deployment plan based on the availability of materials and resources
  • Navigate the approval flow phases for the official release of field activities, presenting project to approval committee
  • Collaborate with planning and procurement departments to ensure the timely availability of required parts
  • Manage material shipments to the field or distribution centers, including handling requests in SAP and monitoring shipment statuses
  • Support to prioritize shipments in case of shortages
  • Update relevant data in the service portal tool (Service cloud/SalesForce)
  • Interface with local service units to monitor work status and address any critical issues or obstacles
  • Foster effective collaboration with all involved functions
  • Oversee all phases of various projects to ensure adherence to best practices in cost control and efficiency


Your Background:

 

  • Fluent in English
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SalesForce is a plus
  • Strong teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Strong synthesis and communication skills
