We are looking for a Data Quality Process Specialist to join our Asset Management team. This role is crucial to improve and maintain the quality of the data that are impacting our key business processes including asset management, case management, CRM management, SLA management, and service execution. Your activity will ensure our operations are seamless, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals, enhancing our customer service capabilities and supporting our growth in the EV charger market. 

Your Responsibilities: 

• Data Quality Management: Ensure the quality of data of the Install Base and SLA in the systems. Supervise the systems integration to guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data used by the company. 

• Business Process Optimization: Collaboration with design and continuous improvement of business processes focused with asset lifecycle management and SLA management. Identify and implement best practices to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. 

• Strategic Alignment: Ensure that the Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP4Hana configurations and integrations support the company's strategic objectives, particularly in asset lifecycle management. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as Digital and R&D, customer support and operations to gather requirements and ensure proper implementation of the company tools.  

• Policy and Procedure Development: contribution to develop and maintain clear procedures for Asset Management processes, ensuring compliance and consistency.  

• Training and Development: Provide training and support to the Asset Management team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 

• Good analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. 

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP4HANA, with a focus on business rather than technical management. 

• Knowledge of the EV charger industry and its operational challenges.
