The role supports Planning Excellence and Digitalization initiatives, working closely with the senior resource performing testing activities, delivering training, and preparing documentation. It also manages ticketing activities related to ERP/APS systems, ensuring user support and maintaining the effectiveness of planning tools.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the formalization of functional requirements for the evolution of planning processes and systems.
• Collaborate in the execution of functional tests (SIT, UAT) and in the management of defects.
• Prepare and update documentation (user manuals, training materials).
• Assist in preparing and delivering training sessions for end users.
• Support senior team members in projects involving ERP/APS systems and digital planning tools.
• Manage ticketing activities for ERP/APS solutions, including:
  • taking charge of user requests
  • initial issue analysis
  • resolution of first-level tickets or escalation to the appropriate teams
  • monitoring SLAs and user follow-up
  • collaborating with the senior resource to identify recurring issues or enhancement requests

Your Background

• Degree in Computer Science , Management  Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Up to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, IT functional analysis, PMO, or similar roles.
• Preferable (even short) experience in ERP/APS projects or industrial environments.

• Understanding planning processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MPS/MRP).
• Basic knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

• Preferred knowledge of SAP and/or APS systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
• Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of testing methodologies and functional documentation.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication skills and user support orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Interest in digital transformation and process improvement.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
