As a Junior Order Handling Digitalization Expert, you will join a global team responsible for ensuring that customer orders flow seamlessly and automatically from order placement to invoicing.This role offers hands‑on exposure to complex system landscapes, close collaboration with international teams, and a unique opportunity to grow into a digital process expert.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑end Salesforce–ERP order processing flow under guidance
• Act as a supporting interface between O2C, IT, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams
• Assist in identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual order handling
• Support the investigation and resolution of system‑related order and integration issues
• Monitor digital order flows and report anomalies or system instabilities
• Assist with root cause analysis and documentation of recurring issues
• Follow and support global standardized digital O2C processes and best practices

Your Background

• Strong interest in IT systems, automation, and digital platformsInitial experience or educational exposure to ERP and/or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving
• High learning agility and curiosity for complex technical environments
• Good communication skills and team‑oriented attitude
• Fluent English (Italian is a plus)Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is an advantage
