Are you passionate about supply chain, operations, and data-driven decision making? We are looking for a motivated Junior Production Planner to join our Global Operations team and support production planning activities across an international manufacturing network. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in production planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, and contribute to delivering excellent service levels and supply performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of production plans and schedules across internal plants and contract manufacturers.
- Align demand forecasts with production capacities, material availability, and operational constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels, production progress, and material flow, identifying risks and supporting corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, R&D, and external partners to ensure smooth planning execution.
- Support BOM updates, product changes, and the introduction of new products into the planning process.
- Prepare planning analyses, reports, and scenarios to support decision making and improve visibility across the supply chain.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, planning tool enhancements, KPI reporting, and ERP optimization projects.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Good understanding of production planning, supply chain, or S&OP processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow in an international environment.

Compensation Package
The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level of C3/B2 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € 31.000,00. The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles. The total compensation package will also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
