Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical and customer-facing contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Lead and coordinate remote support activities, prioritizing resources based on technical complexity and business impact.
- Drive service excellence by ensuring timely case resolution and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of technical specialists, enabling them to deliver effective and high-quality customer support.
- Support local teams and service partners with charger installation, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting activities.
- Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities, contributing to service growth through new equipment, upgrades, and service agreements.
- Champion continuous improvement by driving enhancements across products, processes, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration with quality, production, and local teams.
Your Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related technical discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in a technical engineering, field service, or technical support role, ideally within the EV, energy, or clean-tech sector.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching technical teams and developing engineering talent.
- Strong expertise in electrical systems, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience working with Linux-based systems and software environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer-oriented and commercial mindset.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems using data-driven analysis and indirect diagnostic information, while collaborating effectively across multicultural and international teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience within the electric vehicle charging industry.
- Fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
- Availability for occasional travel (up to 25%).

Compensation Package
The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level of B3 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from €39,000.
The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process, including experience, skills, and overall role fit, in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, and in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.
The total compensation package also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company performance targets.
