Are you an organized, hands-on team player who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Then you might be the perfect fit as our Learning Administrator. In this role, you will make sure our training activities are well-organized, visible in our Learning Management System (LMS), and supported with the right logistics so learners can focus on what matters most: learning. You’ll be working closely with trainers, developers, and colleagues in our Learning & Development team, ensuring that everything around training is coordinated and supported effectively.
Key Responsibilities
As a Learning Administrator, you will play a central role in the day-to-day coordination of our training offering:

LMS management: Keep all training courses, schedules, and locations up to date in the LMS, provide user support, and ensure training data is accurate.

Training logistics: Open classes, schedule sessions, prepare classrooms, arrange catering/lunches, and make sure everything is ready for learners and trainers.

Course administration: Handle registrations, waiting lists, confirmations, evaluations, and feedback collection.

Invoicing and reporting: Support the financial side by processing training invoices and keeping track of costs and training participation data.

Learning support: Help trainers and participants with questions, access issues, or materials.

Basic content management: Assist in publishing e-learning modules, uploading materials, and maintaining training documentation.

Optional – course development support: If you have experience with designing or developing training (e-learning or classroom), you can contribute to creating or improving our learning materials.
Your Background

Experience in an administrative, training coordination, or learning support role.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

Good organizational and planning skills.

Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work with different stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Comfortable with handling multiple tasks at the same time.

Experience in developing training content (e-learning or classroom) is a plus.
