We are looking for a Logistics & Transport Specialist who will take ownership of logistics operations, drive continuous improvements, and ensure an excellent service experience for our customers and service partners. You will join an international, cross‑functional team supporting service operations across Europe and North America.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure on‑time shipment execution by coordinating inbound and outbound flows, monitoring lead times, and proactively resolving deviations
- Manage daily logistics operations, including SAP delivery creation, order scheduling, 3PL coordination, shipment tracking, and issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with transport, procurement, and planning teams, supporting RFQs, transport mode selection, and special or urgent shipments
- Monitor logistics and end‑to‑end service KPIs, driving performance against agreed service levels
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, driving continuous process optimization and IT system enhancements across the logistics value chain
Your ideal background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or transport management, ideally in after‑sales or service environments
- Advanced user of SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and Excel; experience with data analytics and Power BI is a strong plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a clear customer‑focused approach
- Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborate across international teams
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, engaging directly with warehouses and partners across Europe (and limitedly North America)
