We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to drive complex Electric Vehicle (EV) charging solutions from concept to industrialization. Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex EV charging projects, spanning both hardware and software development
• Guide cross-functional, multi-location teams through all product lifecycle phases - from concept to industrialization
• Maintain a holistic project view (technical, financial, and commercial), while deep-diving into details when needed
• Own and drive scope, schedule, cost, and performance targets, ensuring successful execution
• Establish and enforce robust requirements management and validation strategies to ensure quality and compliance
• Provide clear, structured project reporting to C-level stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Proactively identify risks, manage changes, and ensure traceability across all project activities

Your Background

• Degree in Engineering or a strong technical background (Electrical, Software, Power Electronics, or similar)
• 7+ years of project management experience in embedded hardware/software environments
• Proven ability to lead complex product development projects with cross-functional and international teams
• Strong affinity for emerging technologies and the EV ecosystem
• Resilient, adaptable, and creative - able to perform in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Highly proactive with a problem-solving mindset and strong ownership mentality
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders
