ABB E-mobility is looking for a Risk & Compliance Specialist who will act as the main point of contact for all IT risk and compliance matters at our primary manufacturing site in Italy. This role offers a high level of autonomy, strong visibility to management, and direct responsibility for controls management and audit activities.

We are looking for a structured, pragmatic professional who can operate effectively in complex environments, with strong stakeholder management skills and a results-oriented mindset.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and execute IT General Controls (ITGCs) across SAP, Salesforce, and site applications (change, access, and operations)
  • Take ownership of control effectiveness and the management of non-compliance issues
  • Perform access reviews, RBAC controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis within SAP
  • Monitor Salesforce configurations and changes to ensure compliance with policies
  • Coordinate IT and ICoR audits, including evidence collection and stakeholder engagement
  • Conduct risk assessments and drive remediation actions through to closure
  • Oversee compliance of manufacturing applications (MES, SCADA, etc.) and vendors
  • Support the adoption of GRC tools and enhance control processes and documentation

 

Your Background

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or IT risk management
  • Hands-on experience with ITGCs and audit documentation preparation
  • Knowledge of SAP (access management, authorizations, SoD)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX/ICoR, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, NIS2)
  • Experience with GRC tools (SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer, or similar)
  • Fluency in Italian and strong proficiency in English
  • Certifications (CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, CIA) are considered a plus

Compensation Package 

 

​The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level of B3 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € 39.000,00.

The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.

The total compensation package will also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
