We are looking for a motivated SAP Functional Analyst Finance to support and enhance our SAP Finance landscape. You will work closely with business and IT teams to deliver effective solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions
- Support configuration and enhancements across SAP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, etc.)
- Collaborate with IT teams and partners to deliver and test new functionalities
- Assist in integration activities and ensure data consistency across systems
- Support UAT, regression testing, and go-live preparation
- Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support to end users
- Contribute to process optimization and documentation
Your Background
- 3–5 years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience
- Good knowledge of core Finance processes (AP, AR, GL, O2C)
- Experience supporting SAP implementations or enhancements
- Basic understanding of integrations and SAP architecture
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Exposure to S/4HANA
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Interest in automation and process optimization

Compensation Package
The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level between B3/A1 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € 39.000,00.
The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.
The total compensation package will also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
