We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented SAP Functional Analyst HR with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor for HR technology, driving innovation, efficiency, and scalable solutions across the organization. You’ll work at the intersection of business and IT, shaping and enhancing HR systems to support a dynamic, global environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
- Design, configure, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors modules (incl. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS)
- Support and optimize HR processes through integrations, automation, and data-driven solutions
- Manage and troubleshoot complex HRIS issues (integrations, workflows, permissions, data inconsistencies)
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver scalable and secure solutions
- Oversee reporting, analytics, and data management activities across HR systems
- Provide ongoing support, release coordination, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Background
- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS environments
- Hands-on expertise with core SF modules and LMS administration
- Strong understanding of integrations (APIs, middleware such as SAP CPI/BTP, Boomi, MuleSoft)
- Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics tools
- Solid troubleshooting skills across workflows, integrations, and system configurations
- Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Automate, Python, Business Rules)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders
Nice to Have
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
- Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Signavio, Cloud ALM, WalkMe
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation or HR service optimization
- Experience in global, complex HR environments

Compensation Package
The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level between B3/A1 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € 39.000,00.
The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.
The total compensation package will also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
