We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Senior Functional Analyst Finance to play a key role in shaping and driving our Finance systems strategy. This position goes beyond delivery—acting as a strategic partner to the business, owning complex initiatives, and driving transformation across the SAP Finance landscape in a global environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to Finance leadership, influencing system roadmap and digital transformation initiatives
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex SAP Finance solutions (AP, AR, O2C, GL, Assets, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, etc.)
- Own solution architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards
- Drive large-scale process optimization and transformation programs across Finance domains
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues and cross-functional challenges
- Lead integration strategy across Finance systems and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise applications
- Guide and mentor team members, fostering knowledge sharing and raising overall team capability
Your Background
- 8–10+ years of extensive SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience in complex, multinational environments
- Deep expertise across multiple Finance domains with the ability to operate at an architectural level
- Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, and data models (incl. S/4HANA preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges
Nice to Have
- S/4HANA transformation experience
- SAP Finance certifications
- Experience with SAP BTP, Analytics Cloud, or Finance analytics solutions
- Background in Agile, DevOps, or product-oriented delivery models

Compensation Package
The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level between B3/A1 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € 39.000,00.
The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.
The total compensation package will also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
