Your Responsibilities
- Spare Parts and Kit Production Scheduling: Create and maintain a detailed production schedule based on subassemblies and service spare parts plans, release manufacturing work orders, release manufacturing work orders and perform bi-daily material feasibility analysis to meet production and service delivery timelines, monitor schedule compliance, identify root causes for deviations, and implement corrective actions. For missing materials coordinate material transfers from other warehouses or provide input to buyers.
- Inventory management: perform root cause analysis on stock mismatch resulting from 3PL daily cycle count and delta stock report consulting SAP and WMS system, and perform SAP adjustments according to internal inventory procedures. Weekly check of pending open Stock Transfer Order and Delivery notes and resolution.
- Support on service item returns: daily support to external service warehouse for return of broken parts
- Daily relationship: Spare Parts Team, Service Team, Service Quality Team, Production Team, 3PL Team
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with SAP
- Experience with WMS systems
- Customer-oriented mindset, strong prioritization skills, curiosity, flexibility, teamwork and collaboration

Compensation Package
The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level of C2/C3 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € 29.000,00.The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.The total compensation package will also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
