ABB E-mobility is looking for a dedicated SuccessFactors T&A HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience with SuccessFactors, this role is perfect for you.
In this role your main accountabilities will be:
- Subject Matter Expert for all T&A topics within ABB E-mobility utilizing SuccessFactors
- Working with Local People Partner and Payroll Team to identify improvement opportunities – and implementing them directly or via third party Application Management Support (AMS)
- Support large countries (Italy and Netherlands) to ensure payroll relevant T&A tickets are closed ahead of payroll cutoff dates
- Monitor integration/data transfers between SF and payroll systems to ensure required information is delivered accurately and on time
- Manage Time & Attendance reporting to ensure business decisions are data-driven using accurate information
- Monitor T&A workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day processing
- Manage system changes – bulk absence uploads, updating Public Holiday calendars, updating work schedules, new time types, etc
To make the above work, we are looking for a experienced professional with a university degree or relevant professional experience. Other essential requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role with SuccessFactors T&A
- Proficiency in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a global organization is preferred, with demonstrated cultural sensitivity, and experience dealing with multiple countrie
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, history of proven process improvement experience
- Strong work ethic – ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a demanding detail-oriented environment, self-motivated, time efficient and proactive with ability to work under minimum supervision, confident in dealing with customers and senior management, enthusiastic team player, ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all stakeholders
- Fluent English for Business
- The knowledge of Italian is a plus
