We are looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager Europe to join the Global Marketing team. As Senior Channel Partner Marketing Manager — Europe, you will lead partner marketing programs that increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across Europe. You will work cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Sales Operations, Product Portfolio Marketing, Communications, Marketing Operations, and IT to turn portfolio positioning into partner-ready messaging, enablement, and co-marketing motions that drive measurable revenue outcomes.

This is a high-impact role within an evolving channel program. Some partner marketing processes, tools, and budgets are still being established. Success requires increased partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, Program ROI improvements (funnel impact by program type), Enablement adoption and partner engagement (training participation, asset usage), Priority partner plans executed on a quarterly cadence with clear follow-through and reporting.

 

In this role your main accountabilities will be: 

  • Partner GTM & messaging: Convert portfolio positioning into partner-ready messaging, campaigns, and segment-specific selling narratives.
  • Enablement that changes behavior: Build partner training and sales tools that teach customer problems, differentiation, and how to sell the solution (not feature walkthroughs).
  • Partner activation motions: Establish repeatable onboarding, training/certification, communications, and launch workflows to drive adoption across partner models.
  • Program requirements & adoption: Lead business requirements for partner-facing platforms and workflows; align content strategy and measurement to drive usage and performance.
  • Co-marketing + MDF/co-op (where applicable): Define the program mix, govern investments, and connect execution to pipeline outcomes and ROI.
  • Budget + performance management: Own channel marketing planning once allocated; define KPIs, report results, and optimize based on data in a quarterly cadence with Channe

 

To make the above work, we are looking for a senior professional who is eager to learn, excellent communicator, responsible, and tech savvy. Other essential requirements:     

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in channel/partner marketing or product marketing with direct ownership of partner programs.
  •  Proven co‑marketing experience with distributors and/or alliance partners, with clear impact on pipeline generation.
  •  Ability to build effective partner enablement (onboarding, training, sales kits, communications) that drives measurable partner behavior.
  •  Strong cross‑functional leadership across Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Events/Comms.
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, interpret performance, and adjust strategy based on data.
  •  Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, reporting/BI tools, and MDF/co‑op program governance.
  • Experience in EV charging, energy, industrial tech, mobility, telecom, or similar complex B2B sectors.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
